How much does a consultation cost?
$350 for a 90-minute consultation. Any work after the consultation, such as negotiating a deal or drafting an agreement, is quoted before it starts.
Are consultations live or remote?
Either. Meet in person in the Atlanta area, by appointment, or remotely by Zoom, Google Meet or phone.
What happens in a consultation?
Zeb reviews the offer or situation with you, explains the key terms and risks, and lays out your options and the cost of any next step. Some consultations also cover drafting a counteroffer, an agreement or starting a filing.
What should I bring?
The offer or contract (or a summary), the names of everyone involved for a conflicts check, your deadline and the outcome you want.
Is it cheaper to use Brand Deal Review for a sponsorship contract?
Usually, yes. For a single brand deal, the $249 flat-fee review gives you a written attorney review within 48 hours without a meeting.
